Welcome to Home Grown APPLes

Welcome to the Autauga-Prattville Homeschool blog! We have created this blog just for our homeschool families in Prattville and the surrounding communities. We have two different programs that offer homeschool students a change to mix and mingle with other homeschool children in an educational - yet extremely fun - invironment. K.A.N.G.@. - Know, Advance, Nurture, Grow @ the Library - meets at the main branch in Prattville the second Friday of each month at 1:00 p.m. Focus on YOUth meets at the Marbury branch every third Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. For more information, please see our website at http://www.appl.info/home_school_parents.htm or call the Children's Department at 365-3396.
We hope to use this blog as a way of communicating with homeschooling parents and children. Please feel free to respond on this blog and let us know how we can help your family. Any thoughts on future programs? Cool websites that we need to share on our website?
